BOOTCAMP

Our signature high intensity bootcamp and HIIT sessions are designed to get you strong, fit and lean.
Each week, we offer a range of sessions to test you physically and mentally in a fun, safe and inclusive environment.

HIIT and Go// HIIT It Again
Sessions with our trainers Crystal, Lee, Will and Vincent incorporating all your favourite training styles. Circuits, AMRAPS, EMOMS, Accumulators, Pyramids, Tabata, IGYG. Don’t worry if you don’t know what these are, we’ll teach you.

METAFIT
The original 30 minute metabolic workout that just keeps working! We run Metafit every Tuesday morning.

UPPER BODY BLAST
Blast your upper body and with our HIIT session with upper body focus.

LOWER BODY DESTRUCTION
You’ll be walking like a cowgirl/boy after this session. HIIT meets strength to destroy your legs.

CHALLENGE YO’SELF
Attend one of our Friday morning classes or come into the  the gym during our opening hours to complete the weekly challenge and put yourself in the draw for our quarterly competition and the of course the glory of being the best 😉

STRENGTH SOCIAL SATURDAY
Signature Saturday bootcamp session where strength meets HIIT – incorporating ropes, sleds, tyres, balls, kettlebells, rowers, ski ergs and air bikes. We’re always up for a bit of socialising afterwards. Stay for a coffee and a catch up.

BARBELL

At Strength Lab we specialise in getting you strong and moving pain free.
We believe that movement is medicine.
Movement quality is at the centre of everything we do. By learning how to move well, clients free themselves of pain and get back to living better.
Once you’re moving well you can start working on unlocking your strength.
As some of the best strength athletes in the country, we can confidently say that strength training is our jam! We love it and we’ll show you how to love it too and why everyone needs it!

BARBELL CLUB
For the beginner to intermediate client that requires plenty of individualised attention.

POWERLIFTING
For the autonomous client that can self manage, but requires specialised programming and access to a community of strong humans to take things to the next level.
